I am a co-founder and principle of Abound Properties (www.aboundpdx.com) in Portland, Oregon.  We are a local independent real estate investment company. We buy and sell houses, lots and apartments, all in service of building a long-term rental portfolio. We partner with Realtors, but primarily work directly with sellers to sell their properties easily and quickly off-market.
