I am a native of Orange County, CA, and an 11 year combat veteran of the United States Army. I entered the mortgage profession in February, 2003, and found my calling. I am the master of loan programs and underwriting guidelines and a student of the mortgage market and the national economy. If there is a loan program to be found for my client's situation, I know how to look for it, where to find it, and how to explain it to my clients so that they understand - including the risks and consequences associated with any type of mortgage. There are always risks and consequences, even with a "conservative" Conforming 30 year fixed mortgage. I currently hold a valid Real Estate Broker's license.

I currently work directly with Compass Lending Corporation, as anAssociate Broker andMortgage Planner, and also work side-by-side with my wife Stacey Robertson, who not only holds a Real Estate Salespersons License but also is CMPS Certified (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist). Stacey and I work hand-in-hand to provide our clients with not only a great mortgage, but also with a written plan on how to maximize the benefit of using a mortgage to build financial wealth, based on our clients individual needs. Our relationship with our growing referral base is life-long; our services to our clientele continue long after the "loan is funded" or the escrow is closed on a particular transaction, including "annual equity reviews" and unconditional access to our services via email and telephone for inquiries and scenario analysis.

This allows me to offer my clients a comprehensive mortgage solution to nearly any problem or scenario that is presented for analysis.
