I am the Director of Quality Assurance for Guideline AMC (an appraiser owned AMC) based in Minneapolis Minnesota. Appraising has become much more difficult for appraisal professionals and the volatility in the market is making this even tougher. Apprasiers must continualy evolve to understand markets. I have a very high degree of respect for appraisal professionals as they have a very important profession.
