Sandeep Shrivastav

I am an application processor and transfer agent for several buildings that Sandeep had listings in. A co-op application can be daunting for home buyers and when I outline requirements to Sandeep on what needs attention, he promptly advises his clients and gets back to me in a timely fashion so as not to delay the review process and forwarding to the Board of Directors for their subsequent review. I am grateful to Sandeep for having an understanding of how our on line portal works and for his expertise in his field, which makes relaying requirements to applicants much easier and less daunting.

Sandeep was the real estate agent for our first custom-built home!. Sandeep was extremely professional, helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. He really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house, and even recommended that we should see a few more homes before locking down on a home/offer. It almost took us a year from making the offer on the home and getting the custom home built! :) Sandeep was always available to answer our questions and to show us as many homes we asked for. Sandeep explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and finally closing the home.  Sandeep is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.  Highly recommended!
