Sally was fantastic to work with; we were interested in a Fannie Mae foreclosure. Sally's extensive knowledge of the area coupled with her keen eye for value made us very comfortable purchasing the apartment without seeing it. Needless to say we were not disappointed when we visited later this year. Sally provided us with excellent counsel and resolved issues quickly as they occurred. Claire, Sally's assistant, was likewise very responsive. They are a great team who we would certainly use again in the future.

Sally is extremely knowledgable about the Park City real estate market. We were purchasing our first nightly-rental condominium and so were inexperienced at several aspects of this type of purchase. We found her level of knowledge and expertise exceptional. Our first attempt to purchase was a short-sale unit, but the lender chose to foreclose on the seller. Our second contract was on a traditional sale. Sally negotiated very well with the listing agent -- which we believe was a tremendous factor in having the seller ultimately accepting the real world "current market pricing". Sally's assistant (Claire) was also responsive and helpful in addressing the minor issues/details that arose prior to closing. Wonderful! Would absolutely use Sally again!

Sally knows the territory, stays on top of what's happening in the market, and communicates frequently with her clients. She has great energy, gets along with everyone, and has the wisdom to know when to keep quiet, when to speak. She definitely knows how and where to find the right home or vacation/rental property, is quick on getting back to you with info, then guides and governs all the details through negotiations and closing in a professional and timely manner. She's a joy to work with. Our family has worked with her successfully through many transactions in the Park City area.
