Verify your appointment to see a home before you go or you might be left Juust sitting there! I had an appointment 2 times to view a property. The first time I waited 15 minutes and called. They had mixed up appointment times. No worries, I rescheduled. The next day I sat for 15 minutes again and when I called they said they had already rented the property out! A phone call to cancel would be nice so a person doesn't waste a second afternoon waiting! Nona wasn't even apologetic. Awful customer service, I'd recommend someone more professional to manage your rentals!

My home in Visalia California had been a rental property since 1991 due to a job transfer during a down real estate market at the time. Nona McNally became the property manager in 2005, and did an outstanding job managing the property. I was approximately 500 miles away and I never once had the opportunity to meet with Nona fact-to-face, but she did an excellent job keeping me informed of anything that was happening or anything that was needed regarding my property. At the end of 2016, she contacted me and asked me if I was interested in selling. I was scheduled to retire in 2017 and it was always my intention to sell the property at that time, so we listed it in February, 2016. The house was sold immediately, for asking price, and closed in 45 days. The process was as close to stress free as it could possibly be and I would reccomend Nona to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Visalia area.
