Apartments include in-unit laundry, custom no-slam cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, with select apartments including kitchen islands, dishwashers, various floor finishes from original hardwood flooring to poured concrete, and original, oversized Chicago-style windows. The Alfred is named after the building's original architect, Alfred Alschuler.
