This is a second story two bedroom apartment with the two bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen has recently been renovated. All of the hardwood floors have recently been refinished. There is one large bathroom with a tub/ shower combination. We pay water, sewer, and garbage. The tenant is responsible for the electric with NWPS. We do lawn care and snow removal of public sidewalks. $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
