We pay water, sewer & garbage. You would pay electric and cable/internet through Midco. Average electric bill per month is $82. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
