The basement has a second bathroom in it, two storage rooms, and a laundry area. This is an older property and therefore an older basement. Stove, fridge, washer & dryer provided. Landlord pays the gas, water, sewer, and garbage. The Tenant pays the electricity which is split into two bills one for the apartment and one for the basement which this apartment is the only one with access to. Landlord takes care of lawn care and snow removal. Pet deposit of $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. A storage shed is available to rent for an additional fee.
