This one bedroom really looks like a dump from the outside but not too bad inside. Lots of room for a one bedroom. Could be a two bedroom if you had a small child as you would have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. Water, sewer, garbage, heat, and electricity paid. Small fenced back yard. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
