First floor studio (one story above ground) overlooking 3rd St. NE. High ceilings, radiator heat, updated kitchen and bath. Building has onsite laundry (coin-operated), resident manager, and cable and wi-fi options. We pay heat and water, tenants just pay for electric (approx $20/month) and gas for the stove (approx. $10/month). The last image of the slideshow is a video tour of the apartment...
