Somebody who can show me they will leave the place in good shape, I will rent it a bit below normal. Why? I don't really want to hassle with it. If you're happy, that you have a place that works for you. And I'm happy, that it's going to be left in a good state when you leave. Boom, win for both of us. So. Show me a history of doing just that, taking care of the place. And we have a deal. The best way that I know of is to have a history of keeping the commitments made( rental history, credit, debts, etc.) I know that everybody's got some debts( and often huge student loan debts!), so don't let that discourage you. If you're sure you'll leave the place in good shape, get in touch with me! It doesn't have to be pristinely perfect. Just, you'll clean pee up if your animals pee, that sort of thing. Tons of off street parking, quiet Surrounded by greenspaces( Highline Canal trail), and park across the street. Easy to get to Littleton central, or to Downtown Denver, or to the mountains( about 20 minutes). Comfortable. Quiet, easy place to live. Right on between Littleton and Centennial, technically in Centennial, but downtown Littleton is closest. It's easy to bike to the park, the city center, tons of great bars. Very easy to get to downtown, and to the hospital if that's where you're working. Right next to another large park, restaurants in walking distance, grocery store in biking distance. Highline canal is about 2 minutes walk from you. I'm not much of a property advertiser type, so, these are pictures I took with all of my stuff, Obviously it'll all be moved out. It's a top level unit where the views are all pretty good. It looks really pretty when the snow is out. The grounds are extremely pretty. 2 lakes on property, and lots of room for walking. There is a large grass area where kids can play while the adult hangs on the porch and is able to supervise if you want that. There is also a small pool onsite. Please only smoke on the balcony. After 1800 on weekdays, or Saturday from 1000 to 1600 are all times we can arrange to come by and see it, in 20 minute intervals. Public transit stop about a 5 minute walk right from your front door. And easy to get to the train into the city, by car to the park n ride, or by bike straight to the train. Available for lease 8 months. Month to month after that is ok. If you'd like to go month to month, will need at least 1 months notice in advance. If you can show previous history of taking care of your space and leaving it good, I will waive all of the pet deposit, and month to month pet costs, except for the pet liability policy. So, 20/mo. If you can not show that, Pets will be a 300 deposit, and 38/mo. If you have pets, please carry a pet liability renters ins policy. I expect it to cost about 20$/mo.
