The main house features 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area opens with large sliding doors to the patio overlooking the heated pool. The first casita has its own kitchenette, full bath, and a game room bunkhouse. The second casita has bedrooms with sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and share a Jack-n-Jill bath. Enjoy the amazing pool, hot tub, and all sorts of games, including disc golf, ping pong, bumper pool, air hockey, 2 arcades, and a pinball machine.
Located right off of Austin's desirable Fitzhugh Road, with Jester King Brewery literally right around the corner, this location gives you access to Austin (20 minutes away) while being nestled in the hill country destination distilleries, breweries, and vineyards that make this part of Austin a hot destination. Day hike at Pedernales Falls or take a dip in famous Hamilton Pool.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Bookings that generate a check-in on a same-day turnaround for the property may have a later check-in time. Pricing is based on the first 8 guests staying at the property, after which there is a fee of $50/night for overnight guests and $25/day for day guests. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host. Clean up after yourself and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. No glitter. For your safety and security, do not tamper with any safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.). Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
