Sunny studio suite that comes with a Peloton! The unit has a private entrance and is attached to my home. It can come furnished or unfurnished. Located in a quiet condo community only 3-5 minutes from Ralph's, Target, and lots of other shopping and dining; and also has quick access to the 241 freeway. The suite includes a kitchenette that will allow you to do light cooking. It has a hot plate that allows for cooking in a pot or pan, as well as a Kitchenaid countertop convection oven that allows for normal oven roasting/baking/broiling. You are able to bake pizzas, pot pies, cookies, etc. It also has a medium sized refrigerator with separate freezer, toaster, microwave, and other basic kitchen utensils. It comes with a memory foam bed, Peloton (no subscription included but it can still be used), an extra large built in desk with chair and storage, two large closets, , kitchen storage cabinet and cart, vanity with double sinks (one can be designated for kitchen use), walk-in shower, laundry located on the patio, and convenient parking close to the unit.
