There is also a spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV, dresser, and closet, while bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV, closet, and standup mirror. Enjoy the private outdoor space with a dining table and grill, and a large porch with an outdoor couch and Adirondack chairs. This is a pet-friendly home for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Centrally located in Uptown St. Augustine, this home is less than a 15-minute walk to downtown and a 10-minute drive to Vilano Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to many local favorites including Sunday Gathering Table, Raintree, and Juniper. The trolley stop is down the street at the Mission Nombre de Dios. Explore the boutique shops, art galleries, and antique stores on the main street, and discover innovative food and drink options along San Marco Ave. The downtown Historic District is a 15-minute walk away. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places, including the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
