I am looking for a guest who will take good care of my eclectic collection of antique furniture, be considerate of my neighbors, and maintain the quiet and respectful vibe of our small building. I am also looking for someone who will continue to employ my lovely cleaners throughout the rental period and maintain their regular schedule of every other Thursday at $50/clean.
My apartment is ideally located in the Back Bay and easy walking distance to the Green Line (Copley) and Orange Line (Back Bay) as well as the Esplanade, Public Garden, Newbury Street, and many shops, restaurants, and more. The apartment is fully appointed with linens, towels, cookware, and dishes -- no need to bring anything but your clothes.
My schedule is flexible, and I'm happy to try and accommodate the dates that work for you. The minimum period for this short-term rental is three months, but I can likely go longer if need be. Feel free to e-mail me with questions. I would love to talk about your stay in Boston's fabulous Back Bay!
The rent is $3,950/month and includes electricity, hot water, gas, high-speed internet, cable TV, trash & recycle collection, and onsite laundry.
