Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
