Tenant must have the ability to pay for rent through tenant portal or check. Signing up for auto pay is highly encouraged; exceptions will not be made for late rental payment penalties.

DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED AND RE-VERIFIED AT EVERY EXPERATION DATE FOR ANY ANIMAL REQUIRING THESE STRICT DESIGNATIONS TO BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMESES. Attempts to submit fraudulent paperwork regarding service animals or emotional support animals will result in a denied application or eviction filing.
