Property
Kitchen - Microwave broken needs repair or replacement. No Refrigerator. Master Bathroom upstairs needs carpet replaced or tiled as it is badly soiled. Backdoor Entrance from Patio has no fence for privacy and the back of the house faces and open field. Other Townhouses in the same complex have fences around their patio and backdoor entrance for better privacy and security. I cancelled my pending application to lease as it still needs work before its ready to lease!
