For your convenience, the home includes an outdoor shower and games for beach days. Under the house, you'll find shade, chairs, a charcoal grill, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Parking is available on the concrete driveway. Guests are responsible for any locksmith/re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten, unless the issue is due to a lock/smart-lock failure or the host's error. The beach here is expansive and largely unpopulated, with slow-moving vehicles and fishermen visible along the surf at dawn. Houses are elevated on pilings, offering generous space and open skies. Nights are dark, ideal for stargazing. Small cafes, bait shops, and stores are a short drive away, and the ferry to Galveston is accessible for day trips to the city. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited by Galveston County ordinance.
