The sleeping arrangements include one room with four snug bunks, two rooms with queen beds, and one room with a king-size bed. A security deposit hold of $300 is required and will be released after check-out, provided there is no damage. Parking is available on the concrete driveway, with caution advised to avoid hitting the pilings. Situated in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, near Crystal Beach, this home is in a block with only four houses, three of which are rentals. You'll be just a few steps from the beach, with shops, a grocery store, and restaurants a short drive south in Crystal Beach. Getting around is easiest by car, but the beach is easily walkable. Mosquitoes can be prevalent, so bringing bug spray is recommended. Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower or hoses after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet to protect the septic system, and do not pour grease down the drains. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs, not on the deck, as per Galveston County ordinance. Please clean the grill after use. Parking is restricted to the concrete driveway only.
