The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer ensures a hassle-free stay. Outdoor amenities include a patio, backyard, grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Nestled in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, just north of Crystal Beach, this home offers spectacular beach views and easy access to the beach, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, the beach is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for a relaxing beach getaway. Maximum occupancy is 10 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Grilling is only allowed on the patio area, and guests are responsible for any locksmith or re-key costs if keys are lost or codes forgotten. Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower and avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet to prevent damage to the septic system. Parking is only permitted on the concrete driveway, and guests are asked to lock doors and windows upon departure. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed, and failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or a canceled reservation without refund. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.
