I can rent this out as a furnished or unfurnished (same price either way) 2-bed apartment. It has beds, an electric adjustable desk, and designer furniture. It currently has plates, silverware, tools, etc. I no longer need the furniture as I'm moving in with my children. So you (the renter) can pick whichever bits you want to keep, and throw the rest out upon moving in. I bought this property in 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed living in this historic building. Steps to 151, 156 bus routes, as well as Diversey Brown Line, Trader Joe's, and all the fantastic stuff around Clark and Diversey. Gorgeous view of lake. Very quiet since it's on the top floor of the main building. This unit has a working fireplace, although I personally have not used it very often. Also door staff and a package delivery room.
