Sales, structural, construction were all wonderful. Very attentive and informative. The only thing I wish was better was selections. It was ok, but options, especially paint and flooring seemed quite limited. Would have been nice to be able to do eggshell on walls vs flat paint, and flooring was really just 3 choices on brand/type before you got to color. Some selection prices were inflated from standard costs that can be found by going directly to trades/ other stores for equal or better quality products. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and Eldon did a great job. The construction is well done, we have confidence in a well built home.
