- Jeremy G.Verified Buyer
The buying process was liberating, to be free of rent and have an avenue to home ownership. The loan process was frustrating due to unneeded re-work, and suggesting a 401k loan without sharing the consequences of such a loan. The Closing process was simple once the financing was established. The construction folks are great, quick to respond to any issues as the builders are just down the street building new houses, they even did re-painting touchups after I moved in. Post buying process was frustrating, LGI was almost late paying my first insurance premium; if I did not make a fuss I fear I would have lost my hazard insurance.
