We are considering moving sometime in the near future so first person here with 800k can have it. The trend around the area is to expand homes and our property is one of the largest - you could really expand this into a huge house given our property. solar electric. newer oil burner, boiler, hot water, roof, siding, windows (double pane argon) are around 14 years old. the upstairs loft office is a nice office/extra room. the den with the fireplace is a great family space and the living room with the fireplace and vaulted ceilings and bay window is a great space as well. its a large house with a larger than normal for the area property. SD 14 is one of the best and we are around the corner from the elementary school. We've raised our family here and had a wonderful time here. The kitchen is old and needs a remodel and the one bathroom is original and needs a complete remodel that may or may not be done soon.
