This house is located in Silver Beach, a small private beach association. Our house is a few minutes walk to the beach. To use the beach during the season you can join the association for ~$450 per year. The large corner lot is the perfect location for interacting with your neighbors as well as parking many cars. A major benefit as Silver Beach does not allow on-street parking in order to ensure the beach is used primarily by Silver Beach residents. It is the safest neighborhood, filled with families that have been here for over 50 years. Our family has lived here for over 25 years and is just moving down the street. The house has a living room, kitchen, full bath, and two bedrooms on the first floor. A sitting room, full bath, and two bedrooms on the second floor. We can sleep 12 or more when necessary. For quiet reading, we enjoy the patio out front with mature garden. When our family gets together for dinner, we use the back deck which has plenty of space for multiple tables, chairs, grill, shed, beach chair storage, etc. The back deck also has an outdoor shower which is wonderful after the beach. Silver Beach is one of the smallest, close-knit, safe, and quiet beach communities at the Jersey Shore. All within walking distance of several restaurants, small grocery, WaWa, ice cream shops, bait shop, etc.
