Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. No pets without written permission, with size and breed restrictions. The minimum age to rent is 25. Guests must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental and comply with all trash recycling regulations. No parking on premises except in permitted areas. Guests must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit and maintain clean and sanitary conditions. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs but must leave them when vacating. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture, and coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to their fault or actions. Replacement costs will be covered by the guest if any damage is found in the unit.
