Sublets: Not permitted. Early Lease Termination: Rent will still be charged in full. Occupancy & Restrictions: NO Pets NO Smoking No Permanent Residency: You may not register this address as your permanent address. You cannot register a vehicle using this address. No school-aged children may reside in the unit. Mail & Packages: You must have a PO Box for regular mail. Packages may be delivered to the rental address. Noise Notice: This unit is located within a hotel. Units beside, above, or below you may be occupied, and noise levels may vary accordingly. Housekeeping & Inspections: A full inspection will occur before your arrival and again before your departure. Any damage during your stay will be billed in full to you. No housekeeping or supply replenishment is offered during your stay. Town Ordinance: Due to Town of Wells regulations, stays longer than 28 consecutive nights are not allowed. You must check out at the office and renew your keys every 28 days.
