    What's special

    South facing homePrivate bathsMetal roof
Solid stick built south facing home with 2 large bedrooms on main level with private baths and 2 bedrooms down with shared bath located on main level. 2 car heated garage located on basement level. This home is fully insulated and remains easy to heat or cool. With a metal roof, Hardy board siding, a sprinkler system on the roof and surounded with non burnable barrier gravel, our home survived the fire. Prior to the Oregon Road fire, this property was set up for horse and livestock, fenced and with cross fencing. The fencing/barn/stalls/tack room/ and shop were taken in the fire. 400 AMP service at pedestal. Electrical power source remains available to the former shop /barn area. The acres behind the house were old growth. Much of this has been milled and shared with the community. There is approximately 2-3 years worth of firewood with chords split and stacked in newly built horse stall. All stumps were removed / burned for the next owner to build their own plan. The well is awesome with clean and clear water, tested, and runs at 8+gal a min. We have never experienced low volume water or any change is quality. The orchard was taken, we now have 1 plum tree that somehow survived, and we have fenced space in the recovering garden for 2 more trees of your own choosing. On site at this time is a Lucas sawmill, Case backhoe, Tractor and assorted attachments. These items are not included in the sale of the property, but can be sold in addition to property or as buyers come forward. They are listed for sale on other sites. We are currently living in the home, downsizing, and will continue to work and improve the property until sold. Email or text with any questions 9-5 please.
What the owner loves about this home
This has been a great home full of future potential in an area that withstood the Oregon Fire about 2 years ago. Great community support within our area. People come together here when it matters and live very independently otherwise.
