## Additional Lease Terms
1. The property includes a separate tenant occupying the first-floor suite/unit. The first-floor suite is a completely separate walkout unit from the main rental unit. The first-floor tenant shall be responsible for paying twenty percent (20%) of the total monthly utility costs for the property. The new tenant shall be responsible for the remaining eighty percent (80%) of all utility costs, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, trash, and internet, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
