My dream tenants are: handy-type person who can manage small tasks on their own, NON smoking, NO Drugs, NO Marijuana, NO dog complaints for barking/feces. Owner pays water, sewer, trash and HOA. Washer and dryer are working condition, but do not extend into lease. This means, renter is welcome to use, but if break/not working, they will not be replaced. Renter can purchase washer/dryer and take when they move out. Renter must carry rental insurance for personal liability and provide copy to landlord per CCR. All cars must be licensed and working to be on property, 2 cars per unit, 1 reserved space. All pets, if on lease and agreed to, are responsibility of renter and noise complaints or feces are cause for termination of lease. Discount for cash pay option. Non smoking unit, No illegal activities allowed, No recreational marijuana including edible, vape or smoke. No business allowed in home, No guest over 7 days, all residents must be on lease, no sublets or short term rentals. No fish. All Pets require pet deposit and monthly fee. All appliances are in new and working order and all damage and repairs are responsibility of renter. Lock out is $50 or cost of locksmith, pool key is $25 and mail key- cost of US Postal Service replacement. Looking for tenate who wants great school district, quiet lifestyle and can do small repairs without a fuss!
