The 1st floor has one kind and considerate professional tenant (who is not the owner) thus optimizing the parking situation and making for a good neighbor. No Pets and No Smokers PLEASE! In-person showing is required. Application with Capitol City Credit required which you pay for and fill out online. Fee is approximately $60. Minimum One Year Lease, renewable on a month to month basis after that. Required notice when moving out is 2 months ahead of the end of the lease or during the month to month status.
