Tenants pay for Electric, Hot Water and Cooking Gas which averages $50/Month. Updates include vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors in the living room, carpet in the bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window blinds. We allow cats with a $200 non refundable pet deposit and a monthly $25 fee. We do not allow dogs. Our application requirements are a credit score of 625 and no accounts in collections.
