Escape the heat & masses of the south, to stay in comfort & quiet, breath the crisp clean country air. While inside of our heat pump, mini split wall units, provide a quiet A/C home. Relax in the deck, with the cool mountain breezes. Enjoy a wood fire in the outdoor fireplace or a cool evening inside with the gas fireplace! Here is Sanctuary II our a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath accessible home. There is a covered ramp to a covered porch for access. The Master Bedroom has in-suite zero-threshold tile shower. All bedroom have in-suite bathrooms. During March, April & May We offer of two nights minimum, starting at $750.00 a night plus 13% VT rooms tax, a cleaning fee of $350-$450 and a $500 refundable security deposit. Weekly for $3800 plus 13% VT rooms tax , plus cleaning fee and Security deposit. $9000 for one month, includes 4hours cleaning after at 2 weeks, the final cleaning is $450 , no Room's tax for stays 30 days or longer. 2 -3 months for $8000, no rooms tax, includes 4 hours a month cleaning , and we resupply all paper goods and supplies, plus final cleaning fee of $450, + a $500 refundable security deposit. 4 -6 months @ $7500 includes 4 hours of cleaning a month.
