Home resides 25 minutes from airport, 12 minutes to downtown Decatur, 12 minutes to Emory hospital Decatur, 20 minutes to Downtown Atlanta and 3 minutes drive to Kroger grocery store. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind and No Loud Noises. You will be residing in home with Law enforcement. All utilities and internet will be covered with the total rent of $800. Lease is Month to Month, but can stay as long as you want as long as it works for both parties.
