    Midcentury Modern masterpiece custom built in 1965 by renowned Atlanta architect, Ted Levy, for his childhood best friend. Current owners are only the second family to live in this incredible home. They have meticulously restored and rebuilt every inch of the property with great intention to preserve the integrity of the original design while bringing it into the 21st century. A full house water filtration system provides filtered water from every faucet. The owners installed a new custom outdoor kitchen with a 36” Hestan natural gas grill, wine refrigerator, and a beautiful cantilevered roof. Owners also added the heated pool with sun shelf. The pool deck incorporates brick from the original terrace that was painstakingly salvaged and reinstalled for seamless integration. Bluestone and Ipe finish the patio with custom commercial lighting. Exterior landscape design provided by Floralis Design includes fruit trees, fragrant gardenia bushes, and cherry blossoms. Possibly the best lot in the neighborhood, one of very few flat, walk out backyards on the Ansley Golf Club golf course. It has an automatic sprinkler system and a gorgeous exterior lighting design. The carport has two large spaces for storage of bicycles and a workshop. This property was featured on the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation Tour of Homes. It is truly extraordinary: world-class architecture with indoor-outdoor living in the most premier intown neighborhood on a private, golf course lot.
