Nugget Shopping center is less than a mile away, 10 min bike ride to UC Davis, quick walk to UCD bus stop. Each bedroom has a queen bed. We can also add twin beds in each room for a total of 6 beds. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Rental rate is based on 3 person occupancy. Extra fees may apply for larger groups. $5500 per month on a 12 month lease starting 9/1/2026. Internet and all utilities included up to $250 per month. We have solar panels, so most months you should not go over :) International students and student groups are welcome to apply. Pets may be allowed with an extra fee. No smoking on the property. Cleaning fee is $495 per each booking. Fully furnished. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc is all included. Water, garbage, high speed internet and up to $250/month in utilities is included.
