We are happy to work with displaced families due to insurance claims, traveling executives, business travelers, nomads, students/interns and home sellers; offering flexible lease terms for your extended stay needs. All utilities, lawn care, pest control, wifi are included in rent. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Small pets are allowed for additional deposit/pet fee. We have multiple homes to choose from to accommodate any size group. Owner pays all utilities. No smoking allowed. Small pets allowed with pet fee.
