Located across from 20 acres of undeveloped land, with a canal running along the back, this home attracts plenty of wildlife. Enjoy ample space to unwind and connect with nature. Sip your morning coffee on the front deck while watching the birds feed. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, watch TV in the outdoor kitchen while grilling, or take a soothing soak in the hot tub before bed. The home features 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and an office. NOTE: This is not a good home for young children due to a steep drop off the patio. The hot tub is not secured and fenced. And the house in not child proofed with lots of breakable items. We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 70 lbs (maximum of two dogs). No cats, please. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but only has 2 beds as the third bedroom is an office. We'd prefer to have only 2 people living full-time in the house. If you have visitors for short stays, that's great but we only want 2 singles or one couple to live in it full-time. Or possibly a couple and one child that is on the older side. Not a good home for small children. For an additional guest of the renters, we have a twin luxury air bed that can be assembled in the office for short stays.
