The living areas are all tile or hardwood oak floors. All appliances are black and the kitchen was recently updated with stylish granite. The huge island is perfect for homework. There is easily enough room for a large living room, dining room and breakfast nook. All four bedrooms have stylish cream colored carpets. We are pet friendly. The yard is fully fenced with a wood privacy fence. There is a nice size yard and lanai. Did we mention the 25 foot avocado tree that yields hundreds of Florida avacados each April and the banana trees?? We loved walking to restaurants since there are around 20 restaurants within a mile of home. Temple Terrence is a very walking friendly place. There are sidewalks everywhere and a lovely city golf course two blocks away. To move in, we collect first and last month's rent plus $1,000 deposit. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 and a $35 per adult application fee. All adults living in the house must be on the lease. The house is fully updated with two bathrooms and four bedrooms. We allow pets and the yard is fully fenced. Everything is updated. Temple Terrace is a fantastic location for families. The huge rec center is only a mile away!
