This is a great community, especially for people with children or retirees. Neighbors watch out for each other and each other's children. There are several annual parties including a block party, an ice cream social with the local police attending (and McGruff the police dog), an Easter Egg hunt, Halloween parade and party and Santa has been known to stop by too. Many people have moved away, only to move back to a different unit so they can return to this neighborhood.
