Typical Palm Springs rentals charge $50 a day for pool heating regardless of use. Mid term leases can simply pay for use within the lease agreement. No smoking in house or property. Renters must follow neighborhood noise policies. Pet deposit of $550 required, 50% refundable if no damage or excessive cleaning. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.
