Im accepting a female occupant or a couple * Spacious room, fully furnished, NEAR GREENBRIER MALL AREA * Has queen bed with storage space under bed. * Comes with Tv, fridge and mini freezer, microwave * Will be adding a conventional oven, rice cooker and dishes. * Wi-Fi * Two sets of bedsheets, two comforters one light and one heavy with pillows. * All utilities included, access to kitchen All must be working outside the home One person (female) $225 weekly Or Couple $275 weekly Security Deposit $300 Lease is renewed once a week when payment is made for the room. A 14 day notice must be given before vacating the premises. Landlord has the right to terminate the lease within 1 to 3 days if there has been any type sexual assault, abuse of any kind and damage to the property, causing disturbance or any type of drama. *Rent paid weekly of $215 and $275 weekly for couples, $385-325 security deposit is returned within 14 days of move out if the room is left in the same position, it was given. Sheets and comforters must be washed before vacating the premises. * No smoking in the house * No company after 10 PM unless approved. * Must be working outside the home and have been on the job for over 6 months *No criminal background of any kind of violence or theft. *Bathroom must stay cleaned at all times
