Property is supplied by well water. Covered carport parking. Non-smoking. Ten minutes from freeway. On site cleaning/pet sitting available. Viewing per appointment only. Property is supplied by hard well water. Provide own filtration for own drinking water standards. It's on a septic system, and only toilet paper may be flushed. All female hygiene products must be placed in garbage. Garbage/recycling collection is every Tuesday. Landlord and Tenant to make reasonable arrangements over management of waste, to include dog/pet waste. One key will be provided. Landlord may enter building in case of emergency. Open and timely communication between parties is expected. Not all inclusive/please inquire. Reserve the right to add restrictions/update requirements. Front gate, and all gates closed at all times. Not responsible for injuries/escaped animals. Provide own rental insurance. Tenant to cover small repairs/upkeep with cost under $50. Please use LED light bulbs. At the end of the one year lease, the lease term may continue with month-to-month, with a minimum of one month's notice. Lawn inside small enclosure to be mowed by landlord, at her discretion. Tenant to dispose of dog waste from inside small enclosure. Tenant may enjoy a garden spot, or raised beds. Tenant has access to enjoy the five acres. Please respect the wild flowers and trees. Tenant may pick reasonable quantities of fruit from trees, as well as berries.
