    So, Here’s the Scoop! This is a 4/5 Bedroom, 2.5 bath Colonial Style Home I built in 1997. First, The Outside… The home sits on an Acre and a half of land with a good size pond if you or your kids like to fish. Mostly bass, Rock Bass and Bluegills! Just a heads up. The house sits about 500 ft off the road so its very peaceful. It has a massive L-Shaped deck that surrounds a 33’x18’ oval above ground swimming pool. Plenty of room for everyone. This would also make a good base for an outbuilding. The Inside… As I said This is a 4/5 Bedroom, 2.5 bath Colonial Style Home I built in 1997. It has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, Lots of Oak Cabinets, Ceramic Backsplash and Hardwood Flooring that extends to the dining room, bath, laundry and hallway. The Glass doors in the kitchen lead to the deck and fenced in area of the yard. Off the kitchen is a half bath, 1st Floor Laundry/Mud Room – Really Convenient. The formal dining room only gets used for Thanksgiving and special events. If you’re like me, you’ll be using it to fold the laundry! The Large Family Room opens up to the kitchen and the Library / Living Room rounds off the 1st Floor. The 2nd Floor Consists of a large master suite with a walk in closet and full bath with extra large shower, double vanity and a garden tub. There are 3 additional carpeted bedrooms and another full bath finishing off this level. There is a full/dry basement with Utility / Storage Room, Office /Bedroom / Hobby Room – Its been many things over the years. The walls are framed and wired, and I put up paneling in 1999. It needs replaced. This house is located in the Green Local School District – Excellent School! I went there and put 5 kids through it. It’s a very quiet road but you are still close to everything. Just minutes away from the highways, Akron/Canton Airport, restaurants and entertainment! Behind the home is hundreds of acres of vacant fields, woods and the Tuscarawas River. Great if you like to hike or take the kids on nature walks. I guess those would both be hikes right? The house appraises for about $250,000.00 It needs paint and carpeting. There is enough hardwood flooring in the basement to do the library area if you like. I reduced the price to $215,000.00 because I didn’t want to pick out paint and carpet for the new owners. I like to think I have good taste, but I doubt it. I’m sure that you can get the painting and carpeting done for under $5,000.00 so there is some instant equity right out of the gate.
