If verifiable income of thrice the rent is lacking it may be overcome by significant, verifiable savings or a qualified co-signer. Incomplete applications will be declined without processing and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant. Applications are provided by e-mail to those with printing capabilities, and also are available at the property, behind the stairwell and to the left of the mailboxes. If you wish to view this apartment you may look through the burglar bar door for a partial viewing. Entering the apartment to entirely view it is possible Sunday through Thursday morning, afternoon, and evening, Friday morning and afternoon, but not on Saturday. To enter the apartment to view it, a refundable $20 viewing appointment fee is required. This payment can be made over the telephone using a debit or credit card, or by deposit into the property manager's business checking account at Neighbors' Federal Credit Union. The necessity of this policy is regretted, but is necessary due to the widespread unaccountability of the general public. This $20 payment can also be applied to the application fee. Access to Baton Rouge City Court records are required to approve applications.
