    This is a beautiful, perfectly placed residental building lot with panoramic (looking north to west to south) lake views, mountain views, and magnificent sunsets. The lot is located in the Clear Lake Beach subdivision with the address 3162 Fulton Road, Lucerne, California 95458. There is a spectacular beautiful panoramic view of the lake from this property (I have more pictures) and the building lots across the road are downslope. With a 2 story building limitation the property owners across the road will not be able to obstruct the view. In my opinion this is the best lot on this street. No other lot has this view. And it faces directly west where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The legal description is: Lot 198 as shown on that certain map entitled "CLEAR LAKE BEACH ANNEX NO. 2 OF TOWN OF LUCERNE, THE TOWNSITE SUBDIVISION OF CLEAR LAKE BEACH", filed in the office of the County Recorder of said Lake County on April 21, 1925, in Book 4 of Town Maps at Pages 48 to 50, inclusive. There are no known liens or encumbrances on this property and taxes are paid current. Property taxes are around $150 a year. This is an undeveloped lot. Electricity is very close (+-100 feet to the closest house across Fulton Rd - nearest house visible on photos). The roads are still dirt and approximately 100 yards to the nearest paved road. It's a great piece of land with great investment potential and is a great place for a home. Lot size is ~5500 square feet and it's pie shaped. So this lot is at the top of a small hill and on the rounded front part, which also means that the left and right lots are set back and your neighbors will also not be able to build and obstruct your view! Directions: From Highway 20 towards Clear Lake, turn right into Ogden street. Turn 1st right again into Atholl Road (paved). Turn sharp-right into the second road (Cheviot Road) (gravel road).
