Privacy and a great neighborhood are definitely with this property. House sits approximately 700+ feet from the main highway. Google is showing the church on their map but our property is right down the highway from the church. Look out your front windows and doors to a green field approximately 2-3 acres, we keep it mowed for now but could be pasture. The long drive coming back to the house is the side of this field. We love it however we are considering moving only to be closer to our boys who do not live in Jamestown anymore. Our home was built by current owner who is also carpenter and has been in this business for 30 + years. Alot of thought went into the home when being built, so no surprises with this one. It is not upgraded with granite countertops but that would be an easy fix. The bones of this house are all in tact. Would welcome any type of inspection. We have 8.62 acres with a well in the front where the pasture/field is. We also have a pond spring fed in the backside of our property. You can reach this property on a separate road if that should be wanted. That would be the Floyd Conatser Road. It is wooded, however, it can provide privacy or land available for whatever you would want. Farmland surrounds this property in the back and to one side. I expect it to remain in those families for years to come as it has been for the past years, so that is a reassurance that the privacy remains. It is very nice here. Our house offers a basement with storm cellar. It is very dry, we keep dehumidifier running at all times. Also, it has taller ceilings in the basement. So many extras with this house. We have a hot water heater on each end to allow for plenty of hot water. We can answer any questions you may have. Thanks for reading. We do not have a garage presently . That was always in our plans and the electric was fixed at the time of building it to allow for any shops or garages, but just never got that done. But we do have lots of room for any garages or shops or barns you may want. We think our place is that small piece that has been overlooked due to garages etc that the diamond it can be is waiting for the right person to see that. Great place close to Big South Fork , also within 10 - 15 minutes to Rugby TN . Jamestown is in Middle TN but really close to the Eastern line of TN .
